I went ther on holiday twice, a couple of years ago (I think about 10 years).
The first time we saw a street artist in Praha who could swallow swords and said "horror horror, show!" all day, and "pozor, auto!" if a car passed by.
The next year we saw him again, at the exact same spot, wearing the exact same T-shirt with skulls again.
